Možete otkazati sastanak u klinici pomoću veze u potvrdi e-poštom do 12 sati prije sastanka. Nakon tog vremena, a prije 4 sata, sve što trebate je poslati mi tekst ili e-poštu da je otkažem bez naknade.
Nažalost, zbog zahtjeva za sastancima, naplatit ću 100 £ ako ne uspijete otkazati u roku od 4 sata od termina.
Molimo vas da ne zaboravite otkazati unaprijed kako biste izbjegli troškove i oslobodili sastanak za drugu obitelj. Hvala vam.
Za nedolazak na virtualne sastanke naplatit će se 20 £.
