Suzanne's knowledge of infant feeding (breast, bottle and weaning) is spectacular. She makes feeding your baby the natural and instinctive process that it should be, not the minefield created by the conflicting advice of many other professional organisations. Her approach centres around identifying and resolving the cause of feeding issues to fundamentally improve feeding for baby and parents. This was exactly what she did for us. My husband, our three month old baby and I had two sessions with Suzanne (an initial lactation consultation followed by a tongue tie release with advice on how to reestablish breastfeeding). Suzanne treated and handled our baby like he was her own and made us feel like she had all the time in the world for the three of us despite her busy schedule! She provided us with information and advice but respected that the ultimate decision-making with regards to our baby's care lay with us. We were not pushed to follow a particular treatment plan but given the time and knowledge to make an informed decision. She has subsequently provided us with further support us over the phone as we work to re-establish breastfeeding, which is becoming more intuitive with every feed! Suzanne is kind, caring and extremely passionate about her work. We would recommend her without hesitation to ALL new parents, regardless of how you intend to feed your baby. If we ever need further infant feeding support we will be travelling to see her again at her new clinic in Peterborough. The journey from Staffordshire will absolutely be worth it. Thank you Suzanne!
